Rich people know that change is the only constant so they embrace changes and one of the most important reason is that they are prepared for future circumstances but poor people fear changes because they don't have the confidence and plan for upcoming challenges.

Rich people compliment they will never criticize you for what you are no matter you are below them or above them if you are trying or doing good they will appreciate you.

Whereas poor one will always criticize you as for them no one is perfect.

Rich people are not born genius they face problems but they try to find out the solution they don't feel shame for showing up their doubts to others whereas poor people create problems for every solutions.

Rich people have several source of passive incomes and they know how to multiply their money by using their money through different profitable investments whereas poor people have only one source of income in most of the cases that source of income is also unstable.

Rich people are goal oriented whereas poor people are wages driven.
